Swedish Massage

The Swedish massage technique involves long, flowing strokes and motions like kneading, vibration, tapping, and rolling to loosen tight muscles. Massage oil or lotion is used to protect the skin from friction caused by rubbing. This technique allows therapists to offer a holistic massage experience that caters to a wide range of client needs, from relaxation to therapeutic pain relief.

You can expect to walk away from a Swedish massage with minimal soreness, reduced stress, and increased range of motion.

Deep Tissue Massage

Sometimes compared to the Swedish Massage technique, this technique goes further. During these sessions, massage therapists apply more pressure by using their forearms and elbows to reach deeper layers of muscle tissue, targeting muscle and tendon damage and stiffness.

The deep tissue massage technique helps relax and de-stress the body and mind while providing potential benefits for various conditions, especially injury recovery and muscle stiffness.

Hot Stone Massage

The massage therapist places the hot, smooth stones on specific points on your body and may also hold the stones while giving the massage. The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the therapist to apply deeper pressure without causing discomfort.

This massage  technique promotes circulation, alleviates pain and depression, and improves sleep. Furthermore, it provides health benefits for people struggling with fibromyalgia, stress, and insomnia.
